We remember Ios before it was famous. Quiet beaches. Small tavernas. We watched it become one of the best-known party islands in Greece. We also watched it stay exactly what it always was underneath: authentic, warm, and proudly Cycladic. We didn’t read about this. We lived it.

People say Ios has two sides: party island, or peaceful island. That’s not true. Ios has one identity. It just shows different sides of it.
